Passand Khan Buledi has assumed the charge as Commissioner Overseas Pakistanis Commission and has joined the office. Passand Khan Buledi belongs to Balochistan Civil Service who joined the service in 1997 and is amongst the honest, hardworking and competent officers of Balochistan Civil Service.
He has served as deputy commissioners in various districts and divisional commissioners of Balochistan.
Passand Khan Buledi has served on various important positions in government of Balochistan and government of Pakistan including Secretary Energy, Secretary Industries, Secretary Labor, Secretary Inter-Provincial Coordination and Commissioner Afghan Refugees and Provincial Census Commissioner. He has also successfully completed all career courses including the staff college/National Management Course.
I am committed to make all-out efforts to make the commission more functional and give more relief to Pakistani expatriates given my professional experience in Balochistan as well as federal government, OPC Commissioner Buledi said.
