Build Asia to showcase innovations in construction today

The much-anticipated Build Asia 2024, Pakistan’s premier event for real estate, construction, and allied industries, begins today at the Karachi Expo Center. Running from December 24 to 26, the event will highlight groundbreaking trends, technologies, and innovations shaping the future of the construction sector.

Bringing together over 400 exhibitors from 10 countries, Build Asia is set to attract more than 35,000 visitors representing 42 sectors, including aluminum, cement, glass, marble, steel, and transportation. The event will also feature advanced construction machinery, tools, and materials, providing attendees with a comprehensive view of cutting-edge developments in the industry.

Farhan Anis, Vice President of Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan, stated, “Build Asia is not just an exhibition; it’s a vital platform for fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among industry leaders.” Esteemed experts will host panel discussions on topics such as sustainable construction, smart cities, and integrating advanced technology into building practices.

The event also offers unparalleled networking opportunities for professionals, investors, and policymakers, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the establishment of strategic partnerships to accelerate industry growth.

The construction industry remains a cornerstone of Pakistan’s economic development, contributing over 2.5% to the country’s GDP and employing more than 7 percent of its workforce. Events like Build Asia sustain this momentum by fostering innovation, enhancing productivity, and strengthening collaboration within the sector.
