The Lahore Arts Council (LAC) Board of Governors reviewed various matters here on Friday.
According to a spokesperson, the meeting was presided over by chairperson Moneeza Hashmi along with Executive Director Athar Ali Khan in which initiatives for promotion of art and cultural were appreciated.
Addressing the meeting, Moheeza Hashmi said: “Kuch Yaadain Kuch Batain” now became the most popular series of the Alhamra, adding that now a new series were being launched from new year in which the Lahore Arts Council would invite young talented stars to join the public in which they will share their life experiences and achievements.
Executive Director Athar Ali Khan also spoke.
