An explosion rocked the New SabziMandi in Karachi on Monday, injuring at least one person. The blast occurred in a sewage drain beneath a private bank located within the vegetable market. The explosion caused significant damage: windows of nearby stores and buildings were shattered, numerous vehicles and motorcycles were damaged, and the floor above the drain collapsed. Remarkably, the blast narrowly missed a security guard stationed outside the bank. Police arrived at the scene, investigated the nature of the explosion. The force of the blast propelled a motorcycle onto the roof of a nearby car, underscoring the severity of the incident.
