ISLAMABAD – The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has launched first dynamic survey of 2026 for registration of deserving families for its financial support initiatives.
The Government of Pakistan launched the BISP – the National Cash Transfer Programme (NCTP) – in July 2008, as the premier safety net institution in Pakistan.
It aims at enhance financial capacity of poor people and their dependent family members, besides formulating and implementing comprehensive policies and targeted programmes for the uplift of underprivileged and vulnerable people.
It also aims at reducing poverty and promote equitable distribution of wealth especially for the low income groups.

BISP initiatives include Benazir Hunarmand, Benazir Nashonuma, Benazir Kafalat and Benazir Taleemi Wazaif.
BISP Dynamic Survey Process
In a post shared on Facebook, BISP has shared the process for registration in the dynamic survey 2026.
Visit dynamic registration desk at any nearby BISP Office
Provide you CNIC and B-Form of children to staff
Staff will issue a token for updated survey
Navigate to Registration Room when its your turn
Data Entry Operator will ask questions related to social and economic status
Upon completion of form, a thumb impression of the applicant will be imposed on it
Applicant will receive confirmation message from 8171
After verification, the deserving family will get eligibility SMS via 8171
8171 Message Update
After receiving 8171 message, visit the registration office on the scheduled date.
BISP has asked applicants to bring their electricity bill and mobile phone at the time of registration to avoid any delay.
