LAHORE – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced implementing a Digital Result Card System for matric and intermediate annual examinations 2026.
The board has issued a notification in this regard, stating that digital result cards for both regular and private candidates will be made available in secure PDF format immediately after the declaration of results.
BISE Lahore Digital Result Card Features
The notification states that the digital result card will include all academic details, the prescribed format, security features, and a QR code. It further clarifies that the document “shall be treated as an official Result Card of the Board.”
BISE Lahore has also confirmed that traditional hard-copy result cards will no longer be sent to students by post.
Legal Validity
The board said the digital result card will have “the same legal validity, authenticity, and evidentiary value as the Original Result Card” and will be accepted for admissions, employment, scholarships, equivalence, verification, and all other official purposes.

Private candidates will be able to:
Visit the BISE Lahore online portal after the results are announced.
Download their Digital Result Card in secure PDF format.
Print the document in colour on good-quality 100-gram paper.
Use the printed copy for admissions, employment, verification, scholarships, equivalence, and other official purposes.
How Regular Students Can Download Their Digital Result Card
Regular candidates will receive their Digital Result Cards through their affiliated educational institutions.
The process is as follows:
Schools and colleges will access the result cards through their institutional online portal.
Institutions will download the secure PDF result cards.
The result cards should be printed in colour on good-quality 100-gram paper.
Institutions will hand over the printed copies to students for official academic and administrative use.
The notification also instructs affiliated institutions to ensure that digital result cards are accepted for all academic and official purposes “without any objection or discrimination.”
