KARACHI — Gold prices in Pakistan saw massive drop in local market amid global negative trends.

Data shared by the Sarafa Association shows gold rates dipping Rs3,000 to stand around Rs271,700. The fall aligns with plunging international gold rates.

For 10 grams, gold price moved down by Rs2,572, and the new rate stands at Rs232,939. On Tuesday, prices had already dipped by Rs1,000, closing at Rs274,700.
