Bid to smuggle 2.378kg hashish to Muscat foiled

The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled a bid to smuggled huge quantity of drugs worth million of rupees to abroad and arrested a drug pusher here on Wednesday. The ASF sources said that 2.378 kilogram hashish worth million of rupees was seized from bag of a passenger leaving for Muscat through a private airline flight at Islamabad International Airport.
The recovered hashish was confiscated, the passenger was offloaded and arrested and he was being interrogated.
