LAHORE – Awam Express, a passenger train coming from Karachi to Lahore, met with an accident near Raiwind on Tuesday.
The latest reports suggested that collided with tractor-trolley near the Jia Bagga area in Raiwind.
As a result of collision, the engine of the train also got partially damaged while the tractor-trolley turned into a complete wreckage.
Fortunately, although the engine sustained partial damage, no asualty was reported.
The railway authorities are currently engaged in clearing the line to resume the normal operations.
