In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Vice President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Omar Abdullah has termed the recent move of the authorities about land lease as unfortunate.
Omar Abdullah speaking to media in Srinagar said the authorities want to settle outsiders on these assets. The move is unfortunate and its aim is to settle outsiders, he added.
He also said they will repeal the draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) if their party comes to power in the territory. “I have been saying this even during the parliamentary elections that we will abolish this law,” he maintained.—KMS
