ATC gives death to two criminals

Anti-Terrorism Court Gilgit-Baltistan on Friday, handed over two criminals death penalty and one life imprisonment and fine for sexual abuse of two younger brothers
Muzafar Abbas, Tajamul Hussain and Mubarak Ali were booked under charges of rape and abuse of minor real brothers.
The state prosecutor, in his arguments, told the judge that witness and evidence against Muzafar Abbas, Tajamul Hussain and Mubarak Ali had been produce before the Court. ATC judge Mehmood ul Hassan announced the death penalty.
According to the AT Court decision accused Muzafar Hussain, and Tajamul Hussain resident of Krismathung Skardu have been convicted under section 365-A PPC while altering section 365 PPC into 365 -A PPC under section 227 Cr.P.C and sentenced them to death. The above named accused have also been convicted under section 377 PPC read with section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and sentenced them for life rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 10,000,00/- (Rupees ten hundred thousand only) each to be paid to the victim. Accused Muzafar Abbas has also been convicted under section 367 PPC and sentenced him for ten (10) year rigorous imprisonment. Accused Muzafar Abbas has also been convicted under section 506 (ii) PPC and sentenced him for three (3) year rigorous imprisonment.
