The Judicial Commission of Pakistan on Monday recommended the appointment of Justice Hashim Khan Kakar as Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court.
The judicial commission meeting, held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, reviewed the appointment of judges. The commission also recommended the permanence of six additional judges of the Sindh High Court in the meeting and sent the matter to the Parliamentary Committee for final approval.
Justice Hashim Khan Kakar is currently the Acting Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court.
