The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter staged a protest demonstration outside the National Press Club, Islamabad, against the nefarious plan of Narendra Modi’s fascist government to convert Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir into a Hindu-majority area.
Addressing the protesters, the Hurriyat leaders said that under a well-hatched conspiracy India was busy in converting the Muslim majority into a minority in IIOJK. They said that Modi government had started executing the plan to construct about 50,000 temples in the occupied territory.
The Indian government, as per notorious practice of the ruling RSS-BJP nexus, has marked several historic mosques and shrines to replace them with Hindu temples.
The Hurriyat leaders said that Modi regime’s claim that these mosques were built on ancient Hindu religious sites was a blatant lie and contrary to the fact. They maintained that India wants to upset the demographic composition by issuing domiciles to non-Kashmiris in IIOJK but the Kashmiri people would never allow India to succeed in its designs.—KMS
