Anti-polio campaign has been launched in Multan division which will continue from May 23 to May 27. Commissioner Multan Amir Khattak said that 7443 teams in Multan Division would vaccinate 25 lakh 26 thousand 88 children against polio.

He said that the cooperation of parents is essential for a polio free Pakistan.

Strict legal action will be taken against the parents who refuse to be vaccinated against polio. No case of polio has been reported in the division so far.
