Travel between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia gets another boost as another airline prepares to open new direct link between Karachi and Riyadh.
The service will start with three weekly flights before shifting to daily schedule from October, giving travelers more options on one of the key routes between the two countries.
Fly Jinnah is set to expand its international network with a new direct flight service connecting Karachi with Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, giving travelers another option for travel between the two countries. The airline will launch the Karachi-Riyadh route on September 18, initially operating three non-stop flights every week.
Passengers will soon have more choices as Fly Jinnah plans to increase the service to daily flights from October, significantly boosting connectivity between the two destinations.
The new route is expected to provide greater flexibility for passengers traveling between Karachi and Riyadh, particularly as demand for air travel between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia remains significant.
Fly Jinnah said the expansion is part of its broader international growth strategy and will strengthen its network while improving air links between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Major Pakistani cities, including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, have direct links with Saudi destinations such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah and Dammam, driven by demand from pilgrims, workers, families and business travelers.
Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Air has also entered the Pakistani market, launching daily Riyadh-Islamabad flights on August 14 and three weekly Riyadh-Lahore flights from August 18.
The expansion is expected to give travelers more options while strengthening air links between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage, employment, family visits, business and tourism.
