‘All eyes on Rafah’ – Bollywood condemns brutal Israeli attack on Palestinian refugees

Israel’s recent bombardment on UNRWA refugee camp in Rafah city of Gaza region, which resulted in multiple casualties, has prompted global outcry.

The Israeli airstrike triggered a massive blaze killing 45, injuring over 200 others. The attack took place in the Tel Al-Sultan neighbourhood, where thousands were sheltering after Israeli forces began a ground offensive in the east of Rafah over two weeks ago.

Indian celebrities are the latest to condiment the Israel for its brutal attack on refugees. Sonam Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kareen Kapoor, Pratibha Ranta and others have raised voice for the Palestinians.

Kareena Kapoor shared a statement of the UNICEF on his Instagram story, explaining that images of burned children an families emerging from bombard tents in Rafah shocks us all. The reported killing of children sheltering in makeshift tents is unconscionable.

The post also demanded immediate ceasefire and end to senseless killing of children.
