Alkhidmat organizes Gaza Bazar for solidarity and fundraising

Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust Organized Gaza Bazaar in Lahore for Solidarity and Fundraising. A remarkable Gaza Bazar was organized in Lahore, demonstrating solidarity with the victims of Gaza and raising funds to support them. The event is designed to spotlight Pakistani products and draw comparisons with international counterparts, witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, drawing in numerous personalities and women from diverse walks of life. The Gaza Bazar organized by Alkhidmat, featured stalls where proceeds were dedicated to the victims of Gaza. Key figures, including Dr. Hafeez Ur Rehman (President, Alhidmat Foundation Pakistan), Syed Waqas Jafari (Secretary General), Navida Anis (Chairperson, Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust), Dr. Humira Tariq (Patron, Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust), Kulsoom Fatima Ranjha (President, Alkhidmat Women Wing Pakistan) and Uzma Imran, people from all walks of life actively participated.

Dr. Hafeez Ur Rehman underscored Alkhidmat Foundation’s unwavering commitment to ongoing relief efforts for Gaza victims, initiated promptly after the recent conflict erupted. Collaborative rescue and relief operations with international partners and NGOs are still in full swing. Notably, Alkhidmat Foundation dispatched 150 tons of relief goods, including rations, tents, blankets, and other essentials, from Pakistan to Gaza. An earlier substantial contribution of 57 tons of relief goods was facilitated with the support of NDMA and the Air Force from Nur Khan Air Base. Highlighting the critical medical predicament in Gaza, where the relief system has suffered significant damage, Dr. Hafeez Ur Rehman revealed the organization’s plan to dispatch 20 modern ambulances, with three already prepared for immediate deployment. Navida Anis, Chairperson of Alkhidmat Women Wing Trust, expressed gratitude for the success of the Gaza Bazaar and emphasized its dual purpose: aiding victims and raising awareness about the dire situation in Gaza. The Gaza Bazar, conceived as a charity initiative, also featured poignant presentations by girls on the Gaza issue. Dr. Hafeez Ur Rehman congratulated Alkhidmat Women’s Wing Trust for orchestrating the successful event and urged participants to continue supporting the cause by shopping conscientiously at Alkhidmat Gaza Bazar.
