Alessio, Ines clinch Tennis titles

Alessio Basile of Belgium and Ines Faltinger of Austria clinched the boys and girls titles of the Syed Dilawar Abbas & Syed Tajamul Abbas Memorial ITF World J5 Junior Tennis Championships 2021 which concluded here at the PTF Complex on Saturday.
In the Boy’s Singles final, Alessio beat Birtan Duran of Turkey by 7-6(7), 6-2 while Ines outplayed Maria Pukhina of Russia by 6-1, 6-2 in the Girl’s Singles final.
Mohsin Mushtaq Secretary, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) graced the occasion as Chief Guest while Salim Saifullah Khan President Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) was the Guest of Honor.
The Boys Singles final match was also witnessed by Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Interior and Madam  Zlatomira Yurdakul, Wife of the Turkish Ambassador.—APP
