AIMS’s annual Sports Day celebrations Sports helps set goals in lives: Siraj

Aims Education System celebrated its annual sports day at Sports Complex. The chief guest for the day was Amir Jamaat e Islami Senator Siraj Ul Haq. Habib Malik a social activist and public speaker from Scotland, Jamil Hashmi AIG Motorway, Shams Sawati Amir Jamat Islamic Rawalpindi also gracious the occasion with their presence on this day for encouragement of young kids of Islamic School.
There were euphonious beat of the National Anthem, entailed by the declaration of Almas Ayoub Sabir, Chairman, to announce the sports meet open.
Senator Siraj Ul Haq congratulates to teachers and students and lauded the sports day event and stated that he could gauge the efforts of the teachers and students for such a well-organized ceremony.
Sports and games whether team based or individual are an essential aspect of a student’s life that can build self-esteem and confidence. It can motivate children and teach them the benefits of goal setting, aims in lives.
Jamil Hashmi AIG NHMP congratulated the winners said, “the AIMS support its students in every area whether it be sports or any other activity and most importantly without compromising their studies”. He admired the role played by sports coaches for their exceptional coaching of all levels students and heads of all sections for organizing the sports week in benefiting manner.
The most intriguing aspects, embellishing the event were the performances involving mass student participation, which splattered the lush green Astroturf, a riot of hues and vibrancy.
Another mesmerising performance which left the audience completely awestruck was the Martial Arts Display by the students from the all branches of Aims School.
The principal of this esteemed institution thanked all the teachers for their cooperation and support and advised children to keep up their sportsman spirit.
Students showed their mettle on different track events. It was a fun day packed with excitement, enthusiasm and colours.
The sports meet concluded with different competition among parents and teachers.
