After Anmol Pinky, another Drug trafficker Nargis 'Malika' arrested in major crackdown

KARACHI – After high-profile arrest of Anmol Pincky, Karachi police intensified the crackdown on drug network and carried out another major raid.

Acting on intelligence, they arrested Nargis alias Malika, a key alleged supplier, recovering a large quantity of drugs and cash, further exposing an expanding narcotics network operating across the city.

Amid high-profile crackdown, another big catch surfaced as female drug trafficker identified as Nargis aka Malika in dramatic operation that exposed wider narcotics network operating across the city and interior Sindh.

According to police, Qayyumabad Police acted swiftly on secret intelligence and apprehended the accused, who is reportedly a highly wanted figure involved in large-scale drug distribution.

Authorities revealed massive haul from her possession, recovering 35kg and 265 grams of hashish, valued at over Rs60 million. Alongside the narcotics, police also seized cash exceeding Rs100,000. Officials stated that the drugs were intended to be supplied to various parts of Karachi, including several upscale and posh localities, highlighting the alarming reach of the network.

SSP Malir Abdul Khaliq Pirzada confirmed that the operation was carried out in Khudadad Graveyard, Swati Mohalla, describing it as a key breakthrough in an expanding crackdown on organized drug trafficking. He added that the arrest is part of a wider effort following earlier action against Anmol alias Pincky.

Investigators further disclosed that Nargis alias Malika was actively involved in supplying narcotics not only within Karachi but also to different regions of interior Sindh. Police believe she is part of a larger criminal network, with multiple accomplices still at large.

SSP Pirzada emphasized that the network extends across different parts of the city and is engaged in systematic drug distribution. He added that raids are currently underway to arrest remaining members and completely dismantle the group.

Authorities say further arrests are expected as investigations continue into the full scale of the drug supply chain.

Anmol Pinky Case

Anmol “Pinky” was earlier detained in high-profile narcotics case that has stunned everyone. The supect used to run alleged large-scale cocaine production and supply network targeting elite areas of Karachi, with possible links extending to other major cities.

Authorities claim the raid on her Garden-area residence led to the recovery of over 1.5 kg of processed cocaine, multiple chemical precursors, drug-manufacturing equipment, and a firearm. Investigators further allege the operation involved organized distribution through couriers and online coordination, supplying affluent neighborhoods such as DHA and Clifton.

Police describe the network as a sophisticated and long-running setup that allegedly offered cocaine in different “categories” at premium prices, serving a high-end client base. Officials also claim she had prior cases and had been evading arrest for years.

Her court appearance, particularly her being presented without handcuffs, triggered public outrage and an official inquiry, adding further controversy to an already explosive case.

The court has placed her in judicial custody while separate cases related to drugs and weapons are underway. Investigations are ongoing into her alleged network, financial links, and possible connections with influential individuals.

Authorities stress that all allegations remain under investigation and will be tested in court.
