The Attock Police initiated legal proceedings against 92 illegal housing societies established in various areas of the district. The people have also been asked to keep away of making agreements and investing in these illegal societies.
Deputy Commissioner Attock Dr. Hassan Waqar Cheema on Wednesday directed the police to conduct operations against unregistered housing societies established within the jurisdiction of tehsil administration Attock, Pindigheb, Fatehjang, Hassanabadal, Hazro and Jand besides warning to the general public to be more careful while making any kind of investments in these unauthorized housing schemes before getting prior information from the revenue department concerned. He directed Attock police to lodge criminal proceedings against all these illegal business of real estate within the purview of the district Attock.
