ACP organises  event for disabled, deserving people           



Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi and Pakistan Disabled Foundation jointly organized a program for disabled and deserving people at “Gul Rang Hall” in which Chairman of Pakistan Disabled Foundation Shahid Ahmed Memon, Program Manager of Arts Council Shahida Khursheed, Former Member Governing Body Shahid Mohiuddin, Shakeela and Shabana and other guests from interior Sindh were participated Pakistan Disabled Foundation distributes items to the deserving and disabled according to every difficult time and occasion.

The third phase of relief to the victims has been organized with the support of the Arts Council, in which representatives from various cities of Sindh and Balochistan have distributed relief items worth about 13 lac, including wheelchairs, tricycles, mosquito nets, Ration and blankets etc.

The flood victims informed about their problems and emphasized that the distribution of aid should be under the supervision of the Pakistan Army so that it can reach everyone.

The public representatives are unable to distribute the aid correctly. that several feet of water collected in their areas should be removed so that they can move from the roadsides to their homes. The flood victims thanked Pakistan Disabled Foundation Chairman Shahid Ahmed Memon for the assistance.

Arts Council Program Manager Shahida Khurshid and former member of Arts Council Governing Body Shahid Mohiuddin also encouraged the victims by appreciating the relief efforts made by Pakistan Disabled Foundation. Chairman Shahid Ahmed Memon assured all possible help to the victims to solve their problems.
