Allied Bank Limited (ABL) has partnered with Kore.ai, a global leader in conversational and generative AI solutions, to launch Pakistan’s first-ever Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This collaboration aims to revolutionize customer experience and enhance operational efficiency. The AI-powered Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) will offer seamless, 24/7 support and human-like interactions to ABL customers across various banking channels, including inquiries, transaction and request processing, and issue resolution. This initiative underscores Allied Bank’s commitment to leveraging innovative technology to deliver personalized, prompt, and efficient services.
The agreement signing ceremony took place at Allied Bank’s Head Office, attended by senior officials from both organizations. Representing Allied Bank were Mr. Mujahid Ali (Chief Technology& Digital Transformation), Mr. Mohsin Mithani (Chief Digital Officer), Mr. Omer Rashid Puri (Chief Experience Officer), and Mr. Mansoor Ur Rehman Khan (Group Head, Analytics & AI).
Kore.ai was represented by Mr. David Schreffler (Chief Revenue Officer), and Mr. Narasing Rao Akula (SVP Expert Services), who joined via video call. Additionally, Mr. Usman Wattoo (Vice President Sales MEA & Pakistan) attended in person, along with other senior leaders from both organizations.
