Abdullah Shah Ghazi Urs celebrations to commence from June 27

The annual Urs of revered Sufi saint Syed Abdullah Shah Ghazi is set to commence on June 27, at the shrine in Karachi, marking the 1294th anniversary of his death. The three-day celebrations, organized by the Auqaf Department, will feature various spiritual events, including Mehfil e Sama, Mehfil Na’at, and a special Milad Mehfil for women.

Sindh Governor Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori and Minister for Auqaf and Religious Affairs Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Sherazi will inaugurate the Urs by laying a floral wreath at the saint’s shrine.

Secretary Religious Affairs and Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh Syed Attaullah Shah will also be in attendance. The event is expected to attract thousands of devotees and spiritual seekers from across the country.
