Cross sections of the Pakistani people hailed the Haj-2020 arrangements stating that everything was well-organized in a most fascinating manner, facilitating the Hajis to smoothly perform their religious rites in wake of COVID-19.
The people who watched the haj arrangements through virtual media’s coverage said that the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia proved that they have the ability and vigor to manage the Haj keeping high the required safety standards in prevailing epidemic environment.
The people including Ulema, religious scholars and members of the civic society greeted the leadership of the Kingdom making most impressive arrangements. The pilgrims during the Haj were provided highly safe and well-protected environment enabling them to perform the Haj without any risk of the epidemic. The pilgrims were given red-carpet protocol by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Medical facilities and precautionary measures as well as the security arrangements were also extra-ordinary, they noted.
The most significant part of the whole arrangements were that the Custodian of the Holy Mosques King Suleman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud showed his personal interest in making the Haj arrangements most safe and exemplary one in the wake of the epidemic. It was highly appreciated that all SOPs of COVID-19 including keeping five feet distance, wearing masks and following other hygienic standards were well-maintained. That was the reason that not a single case of epidemic-infection was reported during the Haj. They also observed that there was also wide and excellent media-coverage on this auspicious occasion that enabled the people across the world to watch the Haj to seek the blessings of Allah Almighty.
Meanwhile, the President Dr. Arif Alvi and the Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to their close circles also watched the Haj’s arrangements and lauded the Saudi leadership for treating the guests of Allah in a most magnificent and honorable manner.—INP
