JUST when one was pondering why world conscience chose to sleep over pallet gun spraying on Kashmiri demonstrators chanting freedom, making human shield of youth by tying them over bonnets of military vehicles roving the streets under curfew, and target killings in self-staged encounters of stone-pelting Kashmiris protesting treachery in India-occupied territory of Kashmir, humanity was jolted by yet another barbaric and sadistic performance by the Indian occupation forces. Nothing changed despite the Corona proverbial warning to mankind, indicating that this species of God’s creation were looking for more. This scribe had said in his last piece that the United Nations along with its remote controlling bosses deserved Nobel Peace Prize for looking the other way to the slaying of a Grandpa by Indian security forces in Sopore Kashmir allegedly during a gun battle with the Freedom Fighters, but according to eye-witnesses the Indian security forces dragged the man out of his car, shot him dead, made his 3-year old grandson sit on his chest and took pictures to satisfy their perverted mindset and beastly instincts ingrained into their genes.
Narender Modi, Donald Trump and Netanyahu besides rulers in France, Britain, Germany, Australia and Japan along with the imperial puppets in the Arab world must adorn this picture of the 3-year old sitting on his grandpa’s slain body in their offices behind them and decorate their chests with a medallion in certification of their stark silence over this inhuman orgy in the 21st Century. My Holy Book, the Quran, is full of warnings and reprimands not just to rulers but nations and races behaving like demi-gods and indulging in such orgies, which have faced the ultimate wrath of the Providence and perished as if they never existed; testimonies of which abound mother earth; if one may care to look around. The tragic fall out of this unabated human suffering is that whether it be Bosnia, Palestine, Kashmir, Rohingya or over 200 million strong Muslim minority in India which outnumbers headcount in several countries of the world put together, it is the Muslim community which is on target and on the receiving end, because majority of the Muslim world is blissfully silent if not accomplice in a bid to protecting their riches mortgaged to their demi-gods on earth. Such rulers neither have any sense of remorse, nor shame.
But more importantly, the Muslim fraternity once proudly identified as the Ummah is in total disarray today and torn apart with internal strife; most of them either counting on the so-called developed world devoid of any moral scruples, and others drunk with their riches unmindful of the ultimate fate on the day of reckoning which could be anytime, as has already been proven for so many like them in the past; little realizing that all their riches will be left behind for others to enjoy, and not necessarily the next of their kin. Such Muslim leadership and their followers today lack the courage of conviction embodied in the true Islamic faith which most have either abandoned or forgotten about with the exception of the Khurasanis; the Taliban in Afghanistan. So why complain about the conduct of the so-called civilized world when you yourselves lack in direction!
This is the curse of Heavens upon almost the entire Muslim world which like the followers of Moses, have abandoned the path of last of the Prophets (SAW), harbouring illusions once like most of the Jews, that they were God’s chosen creation and that no harm could ever come to them; forgetting that Allah the Almighty is benevolent and merciful not just for the Muslims or Jews, but for the entire universe where He has no favourites except those who follow the path of the righteous. That Muslims are today on the receiving end around the globe, is a matter of deep consternation.
Pakistan must stop blaming India for doing what any enemy not reconciled to its creation would do. But it is the Muslim powers around which have provided fertile ground of sectarian and political disharmony and disunity among Muslim ranks, giving a walk over to the enemy. So disillusioning was the moment when much enamoured and celebrated former Pakistani military commander took the bait of leading an ill-intended military alliance ostensibly chartered by the Saudis, but which from day one was known to have been piloted by the US in order to precipitate division in the Islamic world leaving out Shia nations; and hence the Saudi-Iranian stand-off. The General ought to have either insisted on an Alliance of the entire Islamic world or politely declined the offer. Unfortunately the decision soured the unity of the Muslims haplessly dividing the Ummah tailored by imperial machinations which have succeeded in creating a further wedge among them. Just ponder over Surah Aal-e-Imran verses 101-105.
It is time to make an impassioned plea, particularly to Saudi Arabia and Iran in the Muslim world, to stop playing into enemy hands and make amends as fallible human beings over their excesses upon each other because with all the resources of the world still under its belt led by Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, Pakistan, Iran and Turkey constituting a formidable military power, and with the principled Chinese nation always on the side of justice and against exploitation, offering an olive branch for peace and development through its Belt and Road initiative throughout the world, the Islamic world must shun all differences in the name of God and unite in this hour of adversity, if it seeks to translate God’s last message to resurrect and recall its mankind as believers in the Hereafter. It is my conviction that the day, Saudi Arabia; the caretakers of the House of God, and Iran; home to descendants of the last of the Prophets (SAW), see through the imperial game plan, shun differences and engage in a sincere embrace, the enemies of Islam will perish like nine pins in frustration.
