Parks and Horticulture Authority DG Tariq Ali Basra has said that PHA would provide basic facilities to its employees on merit in accordance with the constitution and law.
The DG was talking to a delegation of PHA Employees Union which called on him on Tuesday. The union delegation presented the demands of the union for the welfare of the employees.
The delegation included PHA Chairman Employers Union Chaudhry Mahmoodul Ahad, Union President Mushtaq Bhatti, Union Secretary Jumtaz Khan, Sajid Amin Tatla, Mian Arif, Anwar Bhatti and other union officials.
They said that the PHA Employers Union was working for the rights and issues of the employees.
The Eid allowance of PHA employees should be increased. In accordance with the constitution and law of PHA, the process of DPC should be started on the vacant seats from financial to head finance.
Daily paid employees who have completed 5 years should be permanent in accordance with the law of the institution.
PHA should provide all basic facilities to the gardeners who make Lahore city of garden. 50% special allowance and utility allowance should be included in the salaries of the employees.
Ensure implementation of loan applications of Rs 1 lac for needy employees.
