Pak Sarzameen Party has decided to fully participate in the Gilgit-Baltistan elections for the provincial legislative assembly scheduled to be held in August this year.
The decision was announced by President PSP Anis Kaim Khani on Tuesday.
In this regard, an important meeting of party leaders was held in Jutial, Gilgit under the chairmanship of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Organizer Muhammad Sabir. Organizing Committee members Khalil Ahmed Mir, Karimullah, Rizwanullah, Shahbaz Khan and Zahir Faraz were present in the meeting while Karim Shah and Javed Iqbal from Diamer District, Muhammad Ali and Nazar Ali from Baltistan Division, Samiullah Baig and Muhammad Shehzad from Hunza, Muhammad Shamsher and Muhammad Shamshad from Ghazar District attended the meeting via telephone.
It was decided in the meeting that Pak Sarzameen Party would fully participate in the Gilgit-Baltistan elections.
On this occasion, President PSP Anis Kaim Khani appreciated the efforts of the workers and said that he would visit Gilgit-Baltistan soon.
He further said that Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal is striving for the rights of every citizen of the country as he has proved that it is not the control but the character that is needed to provide rights and facilities to the people.
Inshallah, soon PSP will bring about positive changes in the country with power of the common people.
Central Vice Chairman Ashfaq Mangi and Central National Council member Shabbir Kaim Khani also addressed the meeting on the occasion.
