ISLAMABAD – Allied Bank customers are facing issues trying to send money or check their balances, as glitches in myABL app and internet banking left users facing login errors and failed transfers, with many taking to social media.
Customers of Allied Bank Limited (ABL) reported difficulties accessing myABL mobile application and internet banking portal on November 3, 2026, with complaints continuing from the morning into the afternoon, Pakistan time. Users described login failures, unsuccessful fund transfers and missing transaction notifications. Some also complained about slow or unavailable WhatsApp banking, while one customer reported problems using ABL and HBL debit cards at point-of-sale terminals.
Third reported disruption in roughly three months
This is third such disruption after August and mid-October 2026, making this another episode reported within three months. However, the volume of complaints appeared smaller than during the earlier nationwide disruptions.

A user said both the ABL app and web login had been inaccessible since morning and requested an update. Another reported being unable to send or receive transactions and said notifications were also affected.
A user complained about repeated login difficulties on myABL. Another ABL user reported problems using ABL and HBL debit cards at point-of-sale terminals. Others questioned why the app was unavailable without prior notice and said WhatsApp queries had gone unanswered. Some users even described WhatsApp banking as unusually slow or unresponsive that day.
Other customers echoed these concerns, with several saying the problems had persisted since the morning.
In its responses, Allied Bank acknowledged inconvenience, said relevant teams had been alerted and assured customers that work was underway to address the issue. The bank also sought account-holder details privately to investigate individual complaints.
