Imran Khans Sister Seeks Urgent Sc Hearing Over Hospital Transfer

ISLAMABAD – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad has ordered authorities to produce Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan before the court at the next hearing in the Judicial Complex attack case.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra directed that the former prime minister be produced either physically in court or through a video link.

The court’s order comes as legal proceedings continue against several PTI leaders in connection with cases arising from incidents involving the Judicial Complex. An earlier hearing in the case had also been presided over by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.

The court was hearing the case registered against Imran Khan and other PTI leaders in connection with the alleged attack on the Judicial Complex in Islamabad.

The court also declared former federal ministers Farah Habib, Hammad Azhar, Murad Saeed and Shibli Faraz proclaimed offenders and sought details of their properties.

In addition, the ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Punjab Assembly deputy speaker Wasiq Qayyum and PTI MPA Hassan Khan Niazi.

The court adjourned further proceedings until November 5.

The case against the PTI leaders was registered at Ramna Police Station in Islamabad.
