GUJRANWALA – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala has declared the class 12th or second year results 2026 on Wednesday.
Students can check their Class 12 results for 2026 through the official website or via SMS. Another option is to access the official result gazette, which also provides the complete results.

A day earlier, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala announced the position holders of the 12th Class (HSSC Part-II) First Annual Examination 2026 on September 22, 2026.
In the Pre-Medical Group (Girls), Hareem Abbas secured the first position with 1,160 marks out of 1,200. Eshal Tariq stood second with 1,158 marks, while Eman Shahid and Nabia Imran jointly claimed third position after scoring 1,156 marks each.
