LAHORE – Price of 24-karat gold climbed to Rs4.33 Lac per tola in Pakistan, after fresh surge in international bullion prices. On Wednesday, the price of 24-karat gold rising to Rs433,836 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs3,944 to Rs371,944.

The latest increase follows another sharp gain recorded a day earlier, when gold prices surged by Rs4,700 per tola to settle at Rs429,236. The consecutive increases reflect the sustained upward trend in both domestic and global precious metals markets.
Internationally, gold prices advanced by $46 per ounce to $4,114 per ounce, including a $20 premium. The rise in global bullion prices has continued to push local gold rates higher, as Pakistan’s bullion market closely tracks international price movements and exchange rate fluctuations.
Silver prices also moved upward during the session. The price of silver increased by Rs7 per tola, taking the local market rate to Rs6,403, indicating continued strength across the precious metals sector.
