Gold Price Climbs To Rs426000 Per Tola In Pakistan Despite Dip In Global Market

On 20 July 2026, gold prices in Pakistan opened new business week at Rs424,236 after it recorded an increase of Rs2,400 in previous sessions (18 July 2026) amid buying rally in local market.

According to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold opened at Rs363,713 after a surge of Rs2,057 in previous session.

In the international market, the price of gold opened at $4,018 per ounce as it increased by $24 in previous session.

According to reports, gold prices dipped in early session on Monday amid escalation in the Middle East war.

Spot gold was down 0.1% at $4,014.53 per ounce, as of 0242 GMT. U.S. gold futures for August delivery were steady at $4,019.80, Reuters reported.

Investors have adopted a cautious approach amid growing geopolitical uncertainty and expectations that persistent inflation could delay potential interest rate cuts by the U.S. Federal Reserve.

22, 21 and 18 Karat Gold Rates in Pakistan Today

The latest gold rates in Pakistan show that 22-karat gold is priced at Rs388,957 per tola, while 21-karat gold is available at Rs371,277 per tola. Meanwhile, the price of 18-karat gold stands at Rs318,238 per tola.

Silver Prices Today

Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs40 in previous session with opening rate standing at Rs6,070, while the price of 10 grams of silver also stands at Rs5,204.

Short-term market indicators point to continued price volatility, with analysts identifying potential support around $3,951 and possible upward moves extending to $4,645.
