In a significant leap forward for the Digital Pakistan initiative, the Pakistan Promotion Network Europe (PPNE) has officially launched xipp.ai, a groundbreaking AI-powered job portal designed to connect Pakistani talent with the global labor market. The prestigious launch ceremony, held in the Swedish capital, marks a pivotal moment in how overseas and local Pakistani students access international employment.
Designed by tech innovator JunaidJoosani, xipp.ai distinguishes itself from traditional job boards by utilizing advanced neural networks to bridge the gap between candidates and employers. During a live demonstration, Joosani showcased the platform’s core functionality: its ability to perform deep-dive CV analysis. Unlike standard keyword-matching tools, this AI evaluates a candidate’s specific skill sets against complex job descriptions to provide an instant compatibility score, allowing job seekers to understand their chances of success before applying.
ZubairHussain, Head of PPNE, emphasized the strategic importance of the portal for the Pakistani diaspora and the youth back home, noting that it serves as a vital bridge to secure high-value global roles and boost the national economy through increased foreign remittances. The initiative received high praise from the Ambassador of Pakistan to Sweden, H.E. Bilal Hayee, who attended as the guest of honor. Ambassador Hayee noted that such technological advancements by overseas Pakistanis project a positive and progressive image of the nation on the world stage.
The Ambassador further pledged his full support to facilitate a joint venture between the xipp.ai team and the Government of Pakistan. This partnership aims to integrate the technology at an official level, ensuring that the country’s massive youth population can access these tools through state-backed digital programs. The event was attended by a distinguished cohort, including Commercial Attaché AhsanRiazChaudhary, along with prominent literary and educational figures, who hailed the portal as a major milestone in providing Pakistani youth with a competitive edge in an increasingly automated global economy.
