Star Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has signed with Hyderabad Kingsmen to feature in the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
One of the giants in the shortest format of the game has opted out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to take part in the 11th edition of the PSL.
In a statement, Hyderabad Kingsmen has confirmed the signing of the Australian, saying that the star all-rounder will represent the franchise in the upcoming season of the PSL.

According to reports, Glenn Maxwell expressed excitement over playing in the PSL, saying he had always received love from the fans in Pakistan.
“I have always received a lot of love from Pakistan. It is an honour to represent the Hyderabad team. See you in PSL,” he stated.
In 129 T20Is, Maxwell has scored 2,897 runs at a strike rate of 158.42, including five hundreds and 12 fifties, with a highest score of 145. He has also claimed 49 wickets with the best figures of 3/10.
He brings vast franchise experience, having featured in the Big Bash League (BBL), IPL, The Hundred and the Vitality Blast.
