Expressing grave concern over flagrant violation of precautionary measures and SOP after easing of restrictions in the lockdown, the district administration was constrained to close down all shops including grocery stores and medical stores in Hafizabad, Pindi Bhattian, Sukehke and other towns of the district. However, medical stores were later reopened.
The shopkeepers and citizens violated the easing down of lockout and there was heavy rush on all the shopping places and streets. The Deputy Commissioner Naveed Shahzad Mirza has warned of strict legal action against those found violating the SOP issued by the government while relaxing the lockdown.
