The American journal The Geopolitics said that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), an active terrorist organization, is using the American weapons left in Afghanistan to target security forces and civilians in Pakistan.
The report highlighted that modern US weapons have been used in terrorist attacks across various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Geopolitics further reports that the total value of American weapons remaining in Afghanistan exceeds seven billion dollars. These weapons include M4 and M16 rifles, night vision devices, and other advanced military equipment, all of which are currently in the hands of terrorist elements.
The report also reveals that these American weapons are openly sold on the black market in Afghanistan, with various terrorist networks easily gaining access to them.
Pakistan has repeatedly presented solid evidence, asserting that terrorists are using the American weapons in Afghanistan to launch cross-border attacks.
Experts believed that terrorist organizations operating under the support of the Afghan Taliban regime have become a serious threat not only to Pakistan but also to the stability and peace of the entire region.
