ISLAMABAD — Pakistan’s automobile market surged back to life, with buyers flocking to showrooms and sales hitting 15,442 units. Pakistan’s automobile sector continued its strong recovery in November 2025, with total vehicle sales hitting 15,442 units, representing a 53% increase compared to November 2024, when 10,163 units were sold. Although sales were slightly down 11% from October 2025’s 17,333 units, the overall trajectory signals a sustained rebound in consumer demand. For the first five months of fiscal year 2026 (5MFY26), cumulative sales have reached 75,042 vehicles, up 48% year-on-year, underlining the sector’s robust performance.
Top Selling Cars 2025
- Suzuki led the market with 6,615 units sold (+23% YoY; -11% MoM), with Alto topping passenger car sales at 4,069 units.
- Toyota recorded 3,833 units (+75% YoY; -15% MoM), driven by Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross models.
- Honda saw an impressive 135% YoY growth, selling 2,609 vehicles, with Civic and City models performing strongly.
- Hyundai sold 1,001 units (+38% YoY; -8% MoM), while Sazgar (HAVAL, BAIC) surged 90% YoY to 1,109 units.
Other notable performers include Suzuki Swift (1,367 units, +16.8% MoM), Suzuki Every (572 units, +10.9% MoM), and Isuzu D-Max, which jumped 66.7% MoM to 45 units. Meanwhile, Hyundai Porter held steady at 348 units.
According to Topline Research, the surge in auto sales is fueled by easing inflation, normalized supply chains, and the launch of hybrid and plug-in hybrid models, which are attracting more buyers. Analysts predict that this upward momentum will continue into 2026, signaling a bright outlook for Pakistan’s automobile sector.
The report confirms that Pakistan’s auto market is not just recovering but accelerating at a record pace, with both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles seeing renewed demand, making November 2025 a landmark month for the industry.
