Authorities acted swiftly, arresting boy and placing him on a four-day physical remand beginning December 2 as police launched an investigation into the incident.
During tense hearing before Judicial Magistrate Shaista Khan Kundi, the victims’ families formally submitted statements confirming the settlement.
