Provincial Ombudsman Sindh has resolved multiple public complaints, addressing issues ranging from land registration delays to domicile issuance and health facility completion. In one case, Najeebullah from Taluka New Naqvi, District Khairpur, filed a complaint about a delay in the registration of over 1.12 acres of agricultural land, purchased in 2019. Despite initial efforts by the concerned tapidar, the entry was not made in the revenue record.

After several hearings, the Ombudsman’s office intervened, and the land was eventually recorded under the correct survey number 12-1/571. Another complaint involved Fahad Ahmed from Ittehad Town, Karachi, who sought assistance with the issuance of his domicile and PRC. Despite having all the required documents, the Deputy Commissioner’s office had failed to process his application.

After several reminders, the Ombudsman’s office took action, leading to the issuance of the documents and a formal acknowledgment from the DC Keamari office. Fahad Ahmed expressed his gratitude after receiving his documents. Additionally, a complaint from Tariq Ali of Manjhand, District Jamshoro, highlighted the delay in completing the Rural Health Center Unarpur, which had been approved in 2014. After investigating, it was found that the project had stalled due to a lack of funds, but was later completed.

The center now offers vital services, including free medicines, child vaccinations, gynecology, ultrasound, and 24-hour ambulance services, all under the supervision of the Medical Officer of PPHI.
