The crackdown against professional beggars in the city continued as Lahore Police has taken in to custody 958 beggars from different areas of the city.
According to the details, the Police also gave warning to 913 beggars and registered cases registered against 45 beggars over violation of Section 144. City division Police took into custody 273 beggars, Cantt Police 251, Model Town 90, Sadar 257, Civil Lines 56 and Iqbal Town division Police took into custody 31 beggars.–Staff Reporter
