Governor Sindh, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, visited Mazar-e-Quaid on the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The Governor placed a floral wreath at the mausoleum and offered prayers for the progress and prosperity of the country.
During his visit, Governor Tessori signed the guestbook, reaffirming his commitment to following Jinnah’s principles and ideology.
He conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to the nation on the occasion and emphasized that following the principles of the Founder of Pakistan is crucial for the country’s development. Speaking to the media, Governor Tessori expressed his respect for Jinnah’s monumental services to the nation and highlighted the importance of unity in these challenging times.
He stated, “Pakistan is going through difficult circumstances, but we must not lose hope. The country will surely progress.” Tessori also welcomed the continuous growth of the stock exchange and the support from countries like Iran and Turkey.
He acknowledged the efforts of Pakistan’s military, led by the Prime Minister and Army Chief, in safeguarding the country’s borders and contributing to its economic stability through the Strategic Inter-Services Force (SIFC).
In response to a media question, the Governor mentioned that efforts will be made to resolve the situation in Parachinar through consultations. He concluded his address by assuring the nation that, together, they will continue to advance Jinnah’s mission and work towards making Pakistan a strong and prosperous nation.
