ISLAMABAD – An accountability court on Thursday indicted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana case II.
Secial Court Central -I Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand held the proceedings of the case.
NAB had conducted the initial investigations into the matter and later it was handed over to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) due to amendments in the NAB laws.
The FIA conducted investigation into the matter in September and submitted challan in the case.
It may be mentioned here that the court had acquitted Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the first Toshakhana case.
