On the occasion of Global Solidarity Day with the Palestinian People, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari reaffirmed his commitment to continue supporting the Palestinian cause and their right to self-determination.
PPP Chairman emphasized that the party has always stood in solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle for freedom and independence. He paid tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for their global efforts to champion Palestinian rights. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condemned the ongoing atrocities in Gaza, calling them severe violations of international law and human rights.
He urged the United Nations and other international bodies to fulfill their responsibilities in halting Israeli abuses. The PPP Chairman demanded an immediate and unconditional ceasefire, the withdrawal of occupying forces, and the resumption of humanitarian aid to the besieged people of Gaza.
He further called on the international community to support the creation of an independent Palestinian state in line with the legitimate rights and aspirations of the Palestinian people. Reiterating Pakistan’s longstanding stance, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed the importance of a two-state solution as the only viable path toward a lasting and just resolution of the conflict.
