LAHORE – Pakistan famous showbiz star Mathira has made a new revelation regarding her controversial videos.
Mathira appeared on a private TV show where she discussed various topics related to her career and personal life.
When the host inquired about the leaked videos, the actress elaborated on how they were made and why they went viral. Mathira explained that the incident took place in 2021, when her explicit videos were leaked. She stated that a man from Jhang had edited the videos and sold them for an average price of 2,000 rupees, which led to them going viral.
She further mentioned that when the social media pages began covering her videos, she confronted them, stating that a personal video or image should never be considered news. The actress shared that she took immediate action by contacting Cyber Crime authorities, which led to the identification of the individual in Jhang and legal action was taken against him.
The actress revealed that the man had also been selling explicit videos of other girls, but she wasn’t sure if the videos were real or fabricated.
However, she acknowledged that such experiences are very difficult for women. She added that she was able to cope with the situation easily due to her strong background and the support of her family and friends. Mathira said that such incidents severely affect a woman’s life and can cause her to fall into a downward spiral.
Just a few days ago, Mathira’s private videos also went viral on social media, and she responded by claiming that they were deepfake videos created with AI technology, pointing out that the videos showed no tattoos on her body, although she has several tattoos in real life.
