LAHORE – Pakistani universities continue to make strides with seventy universities featured in Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings for Asia 2025 amid growing strength of academic landscape in the country of over 240 million.
In Asia, nearly 1000 institutions along with two Pakistani varsities National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), and Quaid-i-Azam University made it to the top 100. For the year 2025, QS Ranking analytics classified high education institutions as per international research network, academic reputation, faculty-student ratio, employer reputation, Doctorate faculty, citations per paper, and student exchange programs.
Several institutions, including LUMS, COMSATS, the University of the Punjab, UET, the University of Lahore, and the University of Agriculture, were featured in the list.
