GDA Information Secretary Sardar Abdul Rahim emphasized the importance of love, unity, and religious harmony among all residents of Pakistan. He made these remarks during a meeting with Functional League Minority Wing Sindh President and former MPA Nand Kumar Goklani. Sardar Rahim expressed concern over the hardships faced by the minority community in Sindh, asserting that the Sindh government has no effective welfare programs for their well-being and that billions in the annual budget allocated for minorities are misappropriated. He praised the role of Pir Pagara, the spiritual leader of the Hurs, in promoting religious harmony across the nation. On the occasion of Diwali, Sardar Rahim called for special prayers for Pakistan’s security, prosperity, and international religious harmony, as well as for honoring the sacrifices of the country’s armed forces.
