Governor Sindh and Chancellor Kamran Khan Tessori conferred an honorary doctorate to renowned scholar Dr. Zakir Naik during a modest special convocation ceremony held at the Governor House. The event was attended by a distinguished audience, including Consuls General from various countries, vice chancellors, registrars, deans, professors, and numerous faculty members.
In his address, Governor Tessori congratulated Dr. Naik on receiving the honorary degree, stating that it was awarded in recognition of his significant contributions. He highlighted that Dr. Naik is immensely popular in Muslim circles, having delivered thousands of lectures worldwide and participated in numerous debates. Governor expressed confidence that Dr. Zakir Naik would continue his valuable services in promoting knowledge and understanding.
