Awareness session titled ‘Banking of Equality’ at WUM held

Directorate of Student Affairs Women University Multan (WUM) in collaboration with National Bank of Pakistan conducted an awareness session titled ‘Banking of Equality’ at Katchery Campus the Women University Multan. The session aimed to highlight the innovative initiatives led by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) towards financial inclusion, with a specific focus on empowering female entrepreneurs.

The guest speaker Ms. Nadia Raza (Regional Executive NBP) and Mr. Shahzad Khokhar ( Branch Manager, Nishtar Branch NBP ) provided insights into their respective departments’ roles and opportunities for personal and professional growth of the students.

They outlined the strategic pillars of the “Banking on Equality” policy, loan schemes, and SBP’s efforts towards fostering financial empowerment. Dr. Adeela Saeed Director Student Affairs concluded the seminar with expressions of gratitude to all speakers, participants, and organizers for their commitment to advancing inclusive financial practices and empowering communities.
