Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori emphasized the potential for rapid development through advanced Chinese technology during the celebrations for the 75th National Day of the People’s Republic of China. Speaking at the event, he praised China’s cooperation in various ongoing projects, stating that their completion will align modern innovations with regional prosperity.
Upon arriving at the ceremony, Governor Tessori was warmly welcomed by Chinese Consul General Yang Yundong and other diplomatic officials. During the event, he also cut a cake to commemorate the occasion, expressing his congratulations to the people of China. He remarked, “Celebrating together is a clear testament to our enduring bilateral relations.”
The ceremony not only celebrated the achievements of the Chinese nation but also showcased the lasting friendship and cooperation between China and Pakistan. Governor Tessori underscored the deep-rooted bond between t
he two nations, stating, “The friendship between Pakistan and China, forged in mutual respect and everlasting love, is higher than the Himalayas and deeper than the oceans.” He seized the moment to invite Chinese and other foreign investors to invest in the province, highlighting the favorable environment and lucrative sectors available for investment. He assured that the Sindh Investment Facilitation Center (SIFC) would provide all possible assistance and support to investors. In celebration of China’s 75th National Day, flags of Pakistan and China were prominently displayed at the press club square adjacent to the Governor’s House.
The area was adorned with stunning lights and decorations to create a vibrant atmosphere, symbolizing the blossoming friendship between the two nations. “China is our friend and partner in times of difficulty,” Governor Tessori stated, emphasizing that there is no comparison to the friendship shared between Pakistan and China, which is celebrated by the entire nation today.
